This fee covers my time and talent during your session, my creative post-processing and retouching of each image in your gallery, as well as 20-25 images in your final gallery. Approximately 8+ weeks after your session (10-12 weeks for Weddings) I will contact you with link to your online gallery or to pickup your CD if you choose to purchase one to go along with your session..

 

Portrait Sessions last approximately 1 hour (3-4 hours for newborn sessions to allow for care and comfort), Seasonal Mini Sessions are 20-30 minutes long... Sessions take place either in my home studio (for newborns and babies) or on location.

You will get a sneak peek & online gallery or CD (if purchased) from your session, and you will be so much happier with the quality of my photos, than with a cellphone shot from the session. DEPOSITS

 

(REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING)

 

Deposits are to be paid within 48 hours of booking your session. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours your time-slot will be offered to another client. As a reminder, your session is NOT officially booked until I have received a deposit either via cash or credit/debit. ALL deposits are Non-Refundable (due to cancellations and no-shows.) Deposits cover location fees, expenses, props & ensure your timeslot. My time is valuable to me, and other people are waiting for appointments so by cancelling late or not showing up for your session, you are taking someone else's opportunity for portraits. Please be courteous and only book appointments you plan to attend. Deposits MAY be transferred to another session is notice is given in a timely manner, but it is ultimately up to Sara Lassiter Photography to make the final decision.
